Last year, the inventory of lights that you maintained on the State Highway System was 97. This the number used to program the funding for Fiscal Year 04/05 in the Department's Five Year Work Program for this activity. We are now updating the information in order to accurately reflect any changes in this inventory so that the correct amount of funding for Fiscal Year 06/07 can be programmed. We need this information by June 30, 2005, in order for the Department to meet our schedule for work program changes. If there have been any additions or deletions in this inventory, please advise of the new number of lights you currently maintain on the State Highway System by simply entering in the new number in the box at the bottom of this letter and returning letter to me. No response will be interpreted as no change. Thank you very much for your cooperation in this matter. If there are any questions, or if I may be of any further assistance, please feel free to contact me. JRL:mas T7 .41A Sincerely, J.R. Lovell, P.E.
