Company for street lights up to January 1st, 1923, provided the
Southern utilities Company pays their Cityc:taxes for the years
. 1922 and 1923. Motion oarried~'

Mr. William Knight, Mr. W. W. Xing and Rev. Mixon
addressed the Council relative to issuing a permit to build a
.,
church on Mr. Xing's lot in East Okeechobee, and action on the
same was deferred until the next regular meeting of the Council.
Building permits were ordered issued to the following

named persons: Rev. r. L. Crowson, A. B. Sineath, W. D. Coker,

Peter Raulerson, E. R. Kinsey and F. M. Mobley.
Motion was made by Counoi1man Hampton seconded by
Councilman Raulerson that Council accept proposal of A. L.
Davidson to bmi1d a 50000 gallon concrete reservoir for the sum
of 11,350.00. The said Ä. L. Davidson to furnish all material
and pay all transportation charges on forms and concrete mixer.
. Motion carried.
Upon motion by Councilman Berka seconded by Councilman
Hampton and duly carried the City funds were ordered deposited
in the City Depositories as follows: Interest and Sinking Water-

Hampton and carried, the Clerk was directed to wire Mr. D. R.

tax of 11.00 for said year and.a poll tax of 11.00 for each and

Raulerson the following resolution was unanimously adopted:
Resolved, that the Citr'Tax Oolleot9r is hereby directed
to hold the tax lists for 1922 open until Ju1y 1st. 1923, after

the action of the Board of County Commissioners in taking steps
