.Motion w.as made by Councilman DaTis the. t the Ci ty Cuuncil pay $80.00
toward building the stock fence, to be paid on or before the
building of the fence. This motion was seconded by Cowlcilman

Minutes of October 17th, iS22 were read, and on motion of o. o. Davis,
sec9nded by R. .1;. lhcLaughlin, were unanimously approv.d as read.
~otion was made by Councilman Davis and seconded by-Councilman Adams
that the Chairman of the Street Committee see to the building of a
suitable pound, for the empounding of liTestoo~ caught running at
large within the Cit;,y limits. .Mo1iioü was u.nanimou8.
On motion of R. E. JiicLaughlin, secondöd b;y Ouu.ücilma..ù Adams, and
unanimously oarried~ the following names were stricken from the Cit¡
Registration Book, and the Council will hold a special meeting on
December 4, 1~22 at the . hour of 7 p.m. to reinstate any name. that
