Motion was made by Councilman DaTis that the City Council pay i80.00
toward building the stock fence, to be paid on or before t¡~

seo9nded by R. E. ~cLaughlin, were unanimously approved as read.
~otion was made by Cou.ncilman Davis and seconded byCounailman Adams
~hat the Chairman of' the Street Committee se8 to the building of a
suitable pou.nd, for the empounding of livestock caught ru.nnlng at
large wi thin the Ci t3 limi ts. .t4o tioü was unanimoua.
On motion of R. E. J¡¡cLaughlin, secondad b;y Cuu.ücilma..ü. Adams, and
u.nanimou.sly carried, the following names were stricken from the Cit¡
Registration Book, and the Cou.ncil will hold a special meeting on
December 4, 1~2~ at the ,hour of 7 p.m. to reinstate an¡ names that
have ~ènwrongfully remoTed:
