By unanimous consent Mr. H. C. Adams was chosen Temporary Cr~irman.

Minutes of Sept. 19 and Oct. ~, 1~22 were read and unanimously
approTea as reaa.
The letter of resignation of W. T. Guûde, dated October 7th, 19221
was read and on wo"tion of R. E. McLaughlin, seconded by o. o. Davis,
the City Council unanimouàly accepted Mr~ W. T. Goode's resignation.

Motion was made by o. o. Davis, seconded by R. E. kcLaugnlin, that
H. C. Adams act as P;resident Pro-tem. wltil a permanent President
of the Council is elected.' Motion carrl~d unanimously.
On motion of R. E. McLaughlin, seconded by O. O. DaTis, Mr. 1. k.
Rau.¡'erson wa$ elected by the City Council as a member of the
Council in the place of and instead of W.T.Goode, resigned.
This motion was unanimous.
