1922-08-01 Regular August 1, 1~G2. The City Council met in regular session this 1st day of August, 1922 with the following members present: W. T. Goode, Pres. of Council, R. E. McLaughlin, Council O. O. Davis, .. J. S. Underhill, " H. C. Adams, " Also present were L. E. Davis, Chief of Police, W. W. Dunnicliff, ,City Clerk, Motion was made by J. S. Underhill B.ad seconded by H. C. He must not leave town without permission from the President 'of the Council so that they can put another-man in his place. Always in leaving the pumping station the house must be securely locked and the tools placed on the inside. The tank should bø left full of water before leaving the station' at night. . Töe Clerk was also instructed'to' hold the Tax Rolls op6n . for some time longer to give the people an opportunity to pay their 1921 City taxes without having to be forced. Motion was made by ø H. C. Adams, seconded by O. O. Davis, that W. E. Raulerson be paid $50 per acre for grubbing the cemetery grounds. ¥otion carried unanimously. On motion made by R. E. McLaughlin, seconded by H. C.
