Pursuant to adjour:rilr,eÚt of July 19, 1~22 the Ci ty Council met at
the hour of 11: 30 a .nJ. with the following members present:
W. T. Goode, President of Council
R. E. McLaugrù~p, Councilman
J. S. Underhill, 11 .
Also present were, Geo. F. Parker, City Attorney,
w. W. Durmic~iff, City C1er~.
Mo tioD- was made by J. S. Underhill, and seconded by R. E. McLaughlin,
that final Estimate of the Maule Paving Company, for $1,644.93 be
paid. A Tote was taken wrrlch stood as follows:

R. E. McLaughlin, Yea,
J. S. Underhill, Yea. None voted ':Nay. ,Motion was declard
unanimous.
lotion was ffiade by R. E. McLaughlin, Seconded by J. S. Underbill,
that the Clerk. be and is hereby instructed to deliver a copy of
the Engineer's Final EstiFate to the Maule Paving Company, and
when final receipt fo~ the full payment of the street construction
has been returned and the rece;.iipt !for the payment properly ~xecuted
by the Maule Paving Company, for all payments in full, tùe Toucher
wi;n be deli veredfor final payment.
On motion of J. S. Underhill, seconded by R. E. McLaughlin, the

Pursuant to a Call issued by .the Mayor Pro-Tern. for the purpose of
making final settlement with the Maule Paving Company, the Cit~
Council met in Special Ses,sion this 29th day of July, A.D. 1922
with the following members prese~t:

Also present were Geo. F. Parker, City Attorney,
L. E. Davis, Chief of Polioe,
Vi. w. Dunnicliff, City Clerk.
:Mr.'C. S. Simmons, representing the Manle Paving Company, prestmted
the Council w1~h Final Receipt in full for all demands against the
City incidental to construction of street paving, signed by Everett
P. Maule, on motion of R. E. McLaughlin, seconded by H.C. Adams,
. the City Clerk was instructed to deliTer Voucher No.27? for
$1,644.95, which was heretofore approved for final pay~ent. :L~otion
was unanimous, and the voucher delivered.
On motion of H. C. Adams, seconded by R. E. McLaughlin, tb,e Council
