Pursuant to adjounl~ent of July 19, 1~22 the City Council met at
the hour of 11: 30 a .nJ. with the following members present:
W. T. Goode, President of Council
R. E. McLauglQ~p, Co ncilman
J.. S. Underhill~" .
Also present were, Ge. F. Parker, City Attorney,
w. W. Durmic~iff, City Clerk.
Mo troll was made by J. . Underhill, and seconded by R. E. MoLaughliu,
that final Estimate of the Maule Paving Company, for $1,644.93 be
paid. A Tote was tak n wèrich stood as follows:

J. S. Underhill, Yea. None voted '!Jay. ,Motion was declard
unanimous. '
lotion was ffiade by R. E. McLaughlin, Seconded by J. S. Underhill,
that the Clerk be and is hereby instructed tò deliver a copy of
the Engineer's Final E~tiFate to the Maule Paving Company, and
when final receipt for :the full pa~ment of the street construction
has been returned and'the receipt for the payment properly ~xecuted
by the Maule Paving Co~þany, for all payments in full, the voucher
wi¡l be d.eliveredfor final payment.
On motion of J. S. Underhill, seconded by R. E. .McLaughlin, the

Pursuant to a Call issued by ~he Mayor Pro-Tern. for the purpose of
making final settlement with the Maule Paving Company, the Cit~
Council met in Special Ses,sian this G9th day of Jul~, A.D. 1922
with the following members present:
W. T. Goode, Pres.
O. O. Davis, .
R.E .McLaugèllin,
H. C. Adams,
Also present were Geo. F. Parker, City Attorney,
L. E. Davis, Chief of Police,
w. W. Dunn1cliff, City Clerk.
Mr.'C. S. Simmons, representing the Maule Paving Company, prestmted
the Council with Final Receipt in full for all demands against the
Ci ty incidental' to construction of street paving, signed by Everett
P. Maule, on motion of R. E. McLaughlin, Séconded by H. ,C. Adams,
' the City Clerk was instructed to deliver Voucher No.27? for
$1,644.95, which was heretofore approved for final payment. Motion
was unanimous, and the voucher delivered.
On motion of H. C. Adams, seconded by R. E. McLaughlin, the Council
