The City Council 'met in regular session this 18th day of July,
1922 with the following members present:

Also present were Geo. F. P~rker. City Attorney, B. E. Willis,
and W. W. Dunnicliff, City Clerk.
The minutes of July 6th and 7th were read and unanimously
approved as read.
Mr. H. C. Adams t.iiade a motion,. which was seconded by R. :B1. McLaughlin
that the bill presented to the City by Mr. W. R. Gary, for the'
death of a pointer dog, be ha.u.ded to Mr. L. E. Davis by the
Qlerk, and that,he, Mr. DaTis, be requested to ~ettle same and
bring the bill before the Citw Council showing that it had been
settled. This motion varried unani~ously.
Motion waAade b~ H. C . Adams and seconded by J. S. Underhill
that a telephone be installed in the City Pumping Station.
Carried unanimously.
The Chief of the Fire Department was instructed to mOTe the chemical
true 1: from Bowden's garage to the City pumping station.
On motion made by Councilman H. C. Adaffis, seconded by Councilman
R. E. McLaughlin, the Council adjourned to 'eet at 7:00 p.lL.
