The minutes of July 6th and 7th were read and unanimously approved as read. Mr. H. C. Adams ü!ade a motion" which was seconded by R. ~. McLaughlin that the bill presented to the City by Mr. W. R. Gary, for the' death of a pointer dog, be h8.J.J.ded to Mr. L. E. Davis by the Qlerk, and that. he, Mr, Davis, be requested to settle same and bring the bill before the Ci ty Council showing that it had been settled. This motion uarried unanilliously, Motion wa.ILade b~ R. C. Adams and seconded by J. S. Underhill that & te~.phon. be installed in the City Pumping Station. Carried unanimously. . The Chief of the Fire Depart~ent was instructed to move the chemical truck from Bowden's garage to the City pumping station. On motion made by CounciJEan H. C. Adau¡s, seconded by Councilman R. E.
