The matter of securing the necessar~ plans together with plans of concrete reinforcement for septic tanks was left with Mayor D. E. Austin. On motion of Councilman O. O. Davis, seconded by Councilman H. C. Adams which motion was unanimous, the City Clerk, W. W.Durmicliff was instructed to complete the contract with Fairbanks, Morse and Company for pump and engine and to order same Shipped forward at once, mailing them voucher for-the cash payment required in the contract. .Mo tion was made by Co ULLcilit.¡8.ti J. W. R. Gary's check of $l,OOO.OOt which was paid in at the time his bid was presented for the City of Okeechobee Water-Sewerage Time Warrants, be returned to him. Motic,n carried unanimously and the check was returned. President Good made a report relatiTe to his interview with the Sup't of the Light plant and statêd that the extensions of the serYice would be made as soon as poles could be secured. Motion was ffiade by Councilman o. O. Davist seconded by Councilman R. C. Adams, that the City Cou~cil pay the Maule Paving Company $3 tOOO .00 on account of the 255~ which is being retained on their paving contract. Motion was unanimous.
