E. Austin. On motion of Councilman O. O. DaYie, seconded by Councilman H. C. Adams which motion was urianimous, the City Clerk, W. W.Dunnicliff was instructed to complete the contract with Fairbanks, Morse and Company for pump and engine and to order same shipped forward at once, llîailing them Toucher for-the cash payment required in the contract.
