The City Council met in regular session this 11 th d&~7 of April
A.D. 1922 with the followinp. members p'resent:

Also present were Geo. F. Parker, City Attoraey,
L. E. Davis, Chief of Police,
R. E. Willis, City Eng~neer
W. W. Dunnicliff, City' Clerk.
The City CIßrk was instructed by the Counci¡ to write a let~er
to all merchants in the City not to sell or permit credit to
be allowed to any persons withput a requisition signed by the
. City Clerk, and that bi;t..l s would not be allowed wi thont en ch I
requisition is attached thereto.
The minutes of the City Council of March 28, 1~22 were read '
and qnanimously approved as read.
Motion was made by R. C. Adams, and seconded by J. S. Underhill,
that Estimate No.S'for the Maule PaTing Company be paid. '
This motion carried, unanimously.
Motion was made by Councilman Adåms and seconded by Councilman
Underhill that on account of the propert~ of,Mr. B. F. Hall's vacant
lot being assessed with a house on same thru error the City Clerk is
instructed to reduce tö.e a.ssessm~nt $100 and settle in his final
statement as errOr.
The following resolution was introduced by Councilman H. C. Adams
and seconded by Councilman O. O.Davis and adopted by unanimous Tote:
ResolTed
That the regular fortnightly meetings of the City Council beginning
Tuesday, May 2nd, A.D. 1922 shall be held on the first and third
Tuesdays in each-and eTery month at 7 o'clock p.m.
Motion carried unanimously.
