The minutes of the City Council meeting of March 14th, 192Z were read
and unanimously approved as read. The minutes of the special meeting
of the Cit~ Council on March 27, l~22 were also read and unanimously ap
approved as read.
On motion of Councilman R. E. McLaugn¡in, seconded by Counci~an O. O.
I, Davis, Estimate No.7 dated Maroh 28,1922 for the Maule Pavihg Compauy
I, amounting to .6,8~3.7l was accepted and the Clerk was instructed to
draw a voucher on the Stre6t Fúnd for this amount ~n favor of the
Maule Paving Company. The motion was unanimously approTed and voucher
. No. 239 issued. ..

On motion of Councilman R. E. McLaughlin, seconded by Councilman
0 '".0. Davi s, and unauimously - adopted, the Ci ty Clerk was inf\tructed to
t'fansfer the sum o,f .6, ~~6 .5i:. from t~Wat.r-Sewer Time WarràtJ,t Sale,
to reimburse this fund for money adtanced and charge the same as
follows:
Street Paving Fund, $4,224.00;'
Water Works Fund 85~.l3;
Sewerage Fund 1,2l7.3~,' as per Segregation sheet No.2 on
file in metal Cabinet draw file and dated March 28, 1922.
Also transfer from the Water-Sewer Time Warrant Fund to the Street
Paving Fund the sum of $13,830.28 that was taken out of the Street
Paving Fund by the People~ Bank of Okeechobee without authority and
applied on a note of the, City of Okeech obee for the said -amount due by
t~e Water-Sewerage Fund. This transfer being for the purpose of adjus-
ting these accounts.

The Clerk was instructed to draw a voucher in favorl(tf the Bank of '
Okeeohobee for $3,000.00 in payment of co~mission due them for th~
sale of Water-Sewerage Tim~ Warrants. Voucher No.230 is hereby
approved and issued. .
Motion was made by O. O. Davis, seconded by J. S. Underhill that the
Council adjourn to meet again on the following Tuesday eTening at
7: 36 p.rn. April 4" 1922. Motion carried unanimously. .

City Attorney Parker stated that the final opinion of Judge J. C.
Thompson, approving the, issuance of the Water-Sewerage Time Warrants
had been received, and 'was satisfactory. '
The Council ordered &+1 bills as coming ~p for paynJent be vouchered
and paid, to date. The payroll as submitted by the City Engineer
sould be paid when presented. .
Motion was made by H.' C. Adanls and seconded by O. o. Davis that the
