S. Underbill O. O. Davis, Councilmen Also present were R. B. WiJlis, City Enginee~, ~ Geo. F. Parker, City Attorney, w. W. ])unnicltff, City Clerk The minutes of the City Council meeting of March l4th, 192Z were .read and unanimously approved as read. The minutes of the special meeting of the City Council on March 27, 1~22 were also read and unanimously ap approved as read. On motion of Councilman R. E. McLaugb¡in, seconded by Councilman O. O. Davis, Estimate No.7 dated March 28, 1922 for the Maule Pavihg Compauy amounting to .6,8~3.7l was accepted and the Clerk was instructed to draw a voucher on the streat Fund for this amount ~n favor of the Maule Paving Company. The motion was unanimously approTed and voucher IJo. 23~ issued. .. . On motion of Councilman R. E. McLaughlin, seconded by Councilman 0.,0. Davis, and una.n~mously_adopted, the Ci ty Clerk ,was in~tructed to ;t'ra.nsfer the sum o,f .b,~J6.5~ from t~Water-Sewer T~n e Warr8.{1t Sale, to reimburse this fund for money adtànced and charge the same as follows: Street Paving Fand, $4,224.00;, We. ter Works Fund 855,.l3; Sewerage Fund l,2l7.3~,' as per Segregation sheet No.2 on file in metal Cabinet draw file and dated March 28,1922. Also transfer from the Water-Sewer Time Warrant Fund to the Street PavÍDg Fund the sum of $13,830.28 that was taken oat of the Street Paving Fund by the Peoples Bank of Okeechobee without au~hority and applied on a note of the. City of Okeeoh obee for the said amount due by the Water-Sewerage Fund. This transfer being for the purpose of adjus- tï'ng these accounts. ., The Clerk was instructed to draw a voucher in favor~f the Bank of' . Okeechobee for $3,000.00 in payment of co~mission due them for th~ sale of Water-Sewerage Tim~ Warrants. Voucher No.230 is hereby approved and issued. . Motion was made by 0.0. Davis, seconded by J. S. Underhill that the Council adjourn to meet again on the following Tuesday evening at 7: 36 p.m. April 4" lS22. Motion carried unanimously. , ~ ATTEST: esident of Council, , April 4, 1922. City Attorney Par..ker stated that the final opinion of Judge J. C. Thompson, 8.pprovingth8/issuance of the Water-Sewerage Time Warrants had been received, and "was satisfactory. The Council ordered a¡l bills as coming ~p for paynJent be vOuchered and paid, to date. The payroll as submitted by the City Rngineer sould be paid when presented. . Motion was made by H.' C.
