This was originally a Code Enforcement Case (No. 11 -119) and from my understanding the property owner, Cody Brown, was a minor and Fred has never been able to contact him or anyone else in regards to the property. Over the course of the time the property has deteriorated and Donnie has told me they are starting to have difficulties accessing the property now. There are two trees that need to come down, they have only been able to mow the front of the property as they cannot get the tractor in the back. There seems to be some issues too with debris being piled on the property from maybe the neighbor to the east and the air conditioning unit looks to have been removed or possibly stolen. There is a wood fence on the property that has fallen down too. The fees accrued as of 9/11/16 are $1,184.36. I have placed a lien for $676.71 on June 30, 2014 Please advise on whether you want me to lien any more of this or if you want Public Works to continue to maintain? Thanks.
