in whole, ~d on motion made by H. C. Adams, seconded by o. O. Davis,
ordinance No. 5~ was read a second time by paragraphs, and on motion
made by H. C. Adams, seoonded by J. S. Underhill, Ordinance No. 59
was read a third time in full and placed for final passage. The
