The Ci ty Clerk urged the meütòers 01 the City Couuoil to haTe t h. Ci ty
Engineer reset the staìes at the Cellietery so that he eouid issue deeds
to lots when desired. The ClerK also requested that the additional
land that was purchased to the west of the old cemetery be cleared, and
platted.. .

The minutes of the last previous meetings were read and appro Ted as
read.
J4otion was made by H. C. Ad&llts and seconded by O. o. Davis that the
amount called for in estimate No.3 be paid in full. Motion carried
unanimously. . .
RESOLUTIOli
WHEREAS the BanJc of Okeeohobee bas submitted a b~d for the purchase
of the Water-Sewer Time Warrants of '~tOOO.OO at par and accrued
interest to date of deliTery, under the condition that the funds
. realized from the sale be deposited in said Bank, which is the present
depository for funds of the Oity of Okeechobee.
THEREFORE; be it resolTed that the bid of the B8.lIDk of Okeechobee be
accepted.
The aboTe resolution was made by Councilman o. O. DaTis and seconded
by Councilman H. C. Adams anei passed Ò¡¡ the following Tote:
W. 11. Goode, Yea; 0.0.. Davis, Yea; H. C. Adams, Yea; R. E. McLaughlin
Yea; Bone Toted Bay.
All bills due were ordered paid.
Motion was made by H~ C. Adamø that the City Council reject the bid of
Mr. Brass for building turn pyramids on North and South Park Streets.
Seconded by R. E. MoLaugu.lin and carried. unanimously.
