Minutes of preTious meeting of this date were read and unanimously
approTed as read. .
On motion of Councilman H. C. Adams, seconded by Councilwan J. S.
Underhill, the following resolution was adopted:
Resolution
WHEREAS The Maule Paving Company has requested the City ofOkeechobee
that to better enable them to carry on the City Street PaTing Work the
City Council make and pa~ estimates on the street paTing twice each
month instead of once, and Whereas, the said City wishes to do all in
its power to assist in the progress of the Street FaTing,
THEREFORE' BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of O~eechobee, Florida agrees
to pay- the Maule PaTing Company estimate on January 17th, and all'
otner estimates as due thew on the second and last Tuesdays of each
~month for the worK as per estimates, and the City Engineer is hereby
instructed to furnish estimates accordingly.

The CiÎl~ of Okeeohobee, Fla. hereby agrees and authorizes Mr. W. R.
Gary, of the Ci..y of O~eechobee, to negotiate the sale of the City
Water-Sewer Time Warrants of '~O,OOO.OO, if sold within the next thirty
days from date hereof, at par plus accrued interest thereon to date
of sale, and the City of O~eeohobee agrees to pay the said W. R. Gary
the sum on ,ten per cent ofi.he principal sun} of said Time Warrants,

stated.
