Providing the materals in the judgment of the engineer are such as will be incorporated in the wo~k within fifteen days. Upon completion of the Proposal submitted by the V, H. Green Engineering and Contracting Co" and the entire contract finished as ordered done by the City of,OkeeobDbee through their City Engineer, then the ten per cent as held back by the City of Okeeohobee is to be paid to the V. R. Green Engineering and Con- tracting Co., and to Yr. ~. H. Green, General,Yanager of this dompany and to him only unless a written order is isaued by him to the City of Okeechobee authorizing payments to be made other than to him. On motion of Councilman H. C. Adams, seconded by Councilman R. E. BESOLUTIOB RESOLVED, That whereas there is oniy one bid received on the Water Works and Sewerage Work, that o:f the V. H. Green Engineering and Contracting Company, and whereas it is neoessary that the City Counoi1 have time for investigation of said bid, THEREFORE be it resolved that the City Council adjourn and meet again on the 27th dq of September 1911 at 7(0 lolock p.m. for the further oonsidera- tion thereof.
