On motion of Vounoilman H. C. Adams, seconded by Councilman Davis,

" for the completion of the partly paved streets, and such other
, additional paving as Council may direct, of the Citw on the Bame
day the Time Warrants are to be sold. Bids to cove~ only so far
as the funds a~ilable will hold out.

. On motion of Councilman H. C.Adams, seconded by Councilman
MoLaughlin, the Clerk was instructed to notify the City Marshall that
all paat due professionsal and other licenses and taxes due the
City must be collected and reported to the Clerk within ten days

}ioLaughlin the City Attorney was.instruoted to defend the suit
filed against the Ci,ty by Attorneys Hamriok and Donnell former
City Attorneys, and their associates, for,~l,OOO.OO damages; and
the sum of $&50 is hereby authorized advanced to apply on
attorney's fee 'and expense. Motion carried unanimously. ,
Motion was made by Councilman J. S. Underhill, seconded by
Councilman Adams, that tbe interest on the $125,000 Bond issue
'be paid from the respective Interest and Sinking Funds.
Motion carried unanimousi~. .

Motion was made by Counoi1man Adams and seconded by Counoi1man '
Davis that the outstanding indebtedness at the Bank: of Okeeobobee
for the re~irs to the bridge aO~O$S Taylor's Creek be paid from
the General Fund. 110tion carried unanimously.
