On motion made by Councilman Davis, and.seoonded by Counoi1- man McLaughlin, that the Clerk request the Southern utilities Co. to put in about four st~eet lights in colored town where most aeeded, ¡ ana suggest one p1aoed at the corner of Choka1oskee st. lmd If5th Street,. Chokaloskee and Sixteenth S1iæ'eet, Choka10skee and S'even- teenth S~reets and at Tusc~loosa and Fifteenth streets. Motion carried unanimously. Councilman MoLaughlinmoTed that the Clerk :request the Southern utilities Comp&rq to extend the street lights in East Okeeohobee to a point opposite R. E. McLaughlin's residence. Seconded by Cpunoilman Davis and carried unanimously. Moved by Councilman Darts thåt the Chairman of the Council instruct the Chairman of the Street Committee to proceed with t~e rebuilding of the North Park Street Bridge aerOBe T~lor's Creek, doing the ~ob by day labor. Motion seconded by Councilman MoLaughlin and carried unanimously. Counoilman McLaughlin moved that the M~or of the City Council issue a Proolaimation :tor & Clean-up-day on June 14rth.
