session this 10th day of May, 1921 pursuant to a call issued by
the Mayor, ~o~ the p~pose of receiving and opening bids for the
sale and purchase of City of Okeeohobee, Florida Sp~eet-Paving
T1ae Warrants, and for t he purpose of iFe cei ving and opening bids
for the sale and purchase of City of Okeechobee, Florida Water and
Sewer Tiae Warrants wi th the following aeabers of the Council

The City Council met in regular session at the hotlr of 7:30 p.m.

The minutes of April 26th, May ~th and May 6th, 1921 were'read and
approved as read. '
)lotion was made by Councilman O.O.Davis, seconded by Councilman
R. C. Adams that Mr. J. E. Nash's bill for digging gutters or ditches
be paid, after being audited and found oorrect. Motion oarr'ied
unanimously.
Motion waa.ade by Councilman O.O.Da.Tis and seconded by Councilman
H.C.Adama, that the bill of J. E. Nash for use of his truck be paid
after being audited. Carried unanimously.
Motion was made by Councilman Underhill, seconded by Councilman
Davis that all other billa as presented by the Clerk be paid. '
Motion carried unanimously.
