and considering objections to the valuatioD,8 on th.8 Oity Tax Assøssment Roll for the

and upon review and equalization of said Tax Roll same was ordered returned to the
City Tax Assessor for completion.
Upon motion Council adjourned to meet in regular session in the City Ball
at 8:00 P. II. Deoember 21, 1942, for the purpose of pr,epø,ring and adopt~ng a Budget
for the year 1943 and. fixing a Tax Levy for the year 1942. ,

Section 1. That the City of Okeechobee, Florida, hereby
levies a tax of 20 mills on each dollar valuation of real and per-

florida, fortha year 1942; such taxes shall be assessed and collected

Section 2. That 5 mills of such tax shall be used for 0

Interest and Sinking Fund for the payment of Interest and Principal
of General Refunding Bonds, issue of 1942, of said City of Okeechobee.
