Upon being seconded by Councilman Roe and 'carried, Ordinance was duly passed and aopted: ORDINANCE , AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE PARKING OF TRUCKS, OTHER THüJ PICK-UP AND ONE TON TRUCKS, ON PARROTT AVENUE BETWEEN THi INTERSECTIONS OF SAID PARROTT AVENUE WITH SEVENTH STREET AND EIGHTH STREET IN THE CITY OF OKEEOHOBEE, FLORIDA, AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION OF THIS . D. 1.942, all trucks, other than pick-up and one ton trucks, arc prohibited from parking on Parrott Avenue, in the City of Okeecnobee, between the , , intersections of Seventh and Eighth Streets with said Parrott Avenue. Providing, however, that trucks will be permitted to park at filling stations in said prohibited areas for the purpose of purchasing fuel and other necessities in connection with the operation of trucks. Section 2. Any person or persons violating the provisions of Section 1 of this Ordinance shall be subject to a fine by the Mayor of not less than ten nor more th~ one Hundred Dollars or imprisonment in the City Jail not more than thirty days or both such fine aD4 imprison- ment, in the descretiom of the ~ayor.
