INTAINIIG AI AGENCY . IN THE CITY OF OICEECHOBEE, FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR THE ASSESSJiENT AND COLLECTION OF SAID LICENSES AND PRESCRIBING PEBALTIES FOR DOING BUSINESS WITHOUT FIRST OBTAINING A LIOEISE OR OF FAILURZ TO COMPLY WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THIS ORDINANCE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNOIL OF THE CITY or OKEECHOBEE, FLORIDA. Section 1. No person, firm or corporation shall engage in, manage or operate any insur.anoe agency, or write insurance ~ within the corporate limits of the City of Okeechobee until such company or agent shall have procUred from the Tax Collector of t~e City of Okeechobee a license authorizing such person or ,. persons, fi~ or corporation to carryon the business of in- surance within the said City of Okeechobee. Section 2. Section 3. All licenses may be transferred with the approval of the City Clerk when there is a bona fide sale and transfer of the agency but such transferred license shall not be good for any longer time or for any other place than that for which it was originally issued. Upon motion by Councilman Ra.ifsnidor, seconded by Councilman McMullen and ~. carried, the water Superintendent was instructed to construct fence around w..ter 0-. - tank property and install lights.
