Pursuant to adjournment the City. Counoil of the 01ty of Okeechobee, Florida,
met at 7: 30 P. M. at the Oi ty Hall on the above date and the following were present:
. Ka.yor H. H. ~ulerson, W. R.'Page, President of the Oounoil, Councilmen Roe,
Raulerson and Raifsnider, with Alma Sherman, Cit1 Clerk, T. W. Conely, City Atëorney 4IÞ
Chief Of Police Evans and Fire, Chief Stewart also present.
The City Clerk pre,sent original notice of proposed 1941-1+2 Budget for the City. I"
together with Certificate stating that copies of said notice ware posted on the
15th day of October, 1941 on the Bulletin Board at the Côunty Court House ani at
the Oi ty Hall.
Upon motion of Councilman Ra,ifsn1der, seconded by Councilman Roe and carried,
the proposed Budget for the year 1941-42 was adopted.

Upon motion of Councilman Roe, seconded by Councilman Raulerson and carried, .
thè City Clerk ~as instructed to notify the Editor of the Okeechob.e News that City
Council will not pa.y for publishing the minutes of its proceedings in the future.
Upon motion by Councilman Raifsnider, secònded by Councilman Raulerson and
carried, the Council went into executive session.
The Council came into open session.
