Pursuant to the following advertisement published in the Okeeohobee News, a
Newspaper published,.Okeochobee, Okeechobee Oounty, Florida, the City Council of
the City of OkeechQ 'Florld.a., met at the City Hall at ':'0 P. M.. on the above
date for the purpose 0 reviewing and equalizing the City tax Assessment Roll for
the year 1941, as prepared by the City Tax Assessor, and the following were present:

Any and all persons having any objections to the valuations placed on

The City Council met pursuant to adjournment, as a Board of Equalizers, to
review the Tax Roll of the City of Olteechobee, ilorida, for the year 1941, and to
hear complaints from Tax Payers. The following were present: Kay-or H. H. Raulerson
W. R. page, President of the Council, Councilmen Ra1fsnider, McMullen, Raulerson \
and 'Roe. Alma Sherman, Qlty Clerk, T. W. Conely, City Attorney, Chief of police
ivens, O. O. :McOain, Water Supt., and Fire Ohlef Stewart were also present.
10 oompla.1nts having been received, upon motion of Councllman Ru.ifsnider,
seconded by Councilman Raulerson and carried, the City Tax Roll was accepted and
returned to the City Tax Assessor for completion.
Upon motion the Council a.djoUllned asa Board of Equalizers.
r The Council then proceeded to meet as a City Council in regular session.
