I The City Co~cil of the City of Okee~obee. Florida, met in re~u session -
. at the City Hall at 8: 00 P. M. on the above date and the following were present:
H. H. Raulerson, Mayor, W. R. Page, President of the Cotmcil, Councilmen Roe,
Raifsnider, Raulerson and McMullen with Alma. Sherman, City Clerk, T. W. Conely, Jr
City Attorney, O. C. McOain, Water Supt., R. O. Evans, Chief of Police and
N. O. Stewart, Fire Chief in attendance.
Minutes of the meetings held May 5 and 8th were read and adopted as read.
The following bills were approved und ordered paid when funds are ave.ilable:

The Street Committee reported that lumber left over from Sewer repa1rw£ls .-
sold for the sum of $1+.00, which was approved by the Oo~1cil.
Upon Motion of 00unc1lmw~ Raifsni~er seconded by Councilman. Roe, the
sum of $25.00 was ordered paid to Mrs. Goldie Durrance for stenographic work
preparing Charter for the City.
A building permit was requested by the Church of the Brethren to erect a

frame building, l8x30,adjacent to the Church to serve as a Sunday School room.
The City Clerk was instructed to issue same.

The City Council of the City of Okoochobee met in regular session at the
City Hall at 7:30 P. M. on the above date and the following were present:
H. H. Raulerson, Mayor, W. R. Page, President of the Council, Councilmen Roe,
Raulerson, Raifsnider and McMullen, with Alma Sherman, City Clerk, N. O. Stewart,
R. C. Evans and C. O. McCain also present.

,. IHEREAS, this Council has heretofore obtained a loan
in the amount of Fifteen Hundred (f15001a00) Dollars fròm the
Oitizena Bank of Stuart for the purpose of repairing the streets
and making other improvements in the City of Okeechobee, and
1HERB:1S, this City is in SUUed1o.te need of additional
funds for the purpose of repairing said streets and making other
improvement s , and
WHEREAS, the Oounty Commissioners of Okeecbobee County,
'lorida, have assigned the sum of rive Thousand ($5,000.00) Dollars
to the Oity,of Okeechobee from Race Traok funds to be received by

carried, the City will purchase a Diaphragm pump at the approximate cost of 850.00.
