H. Raulerson, W. R. PÚge, President of City Council, Councilmen Raifsnider, Raulerson, Roe and McMullen, with Alma Sherman, City Clerk, R. C. Evans, O. O. McOa.in and N. O. Stewart in attendance. Minutes of the meetings held February 3rd and 19th were read and adopted as read. Motion was made by Councilman Raifsnider, seconded by Councilman Roe and carried, that Oi ty lease shell pit from Everett Johns for the sum of $50.00 covering '. , a period of three years from date, and that all shell from said pit is to be the property of the City during this period of time." I. Upon motion by Oouncilman.Raifsnider, seconded by Councilman Raulerson , s~ and carried, the Oi ty accepted ti1ifJ:f of $61.26 as payment in full from Ed Watford his fori water o.ccount.
