Staff strongly recommends that the Applicant include, in his/her application, materials that address each of these issues in order to allow Staff and the Board of Adjustment sufficient time to adequately consider the Applicant's request. 1. Demonstrate that the proposed location and site are appropriate for the use. Demonstrate how the site and proposed buildings have been designed so they are compatible with the adjacent uses and the neighborhood, or explain why no specific design efforts are needed. 3.
