Chambers own Lots 12 and 13, Block 27, Northwest Addition to Okeechobee located at 1120 West North Park Street. In accordance with the Unified Land Development Code, a special exception will be required. Chambers Statement of Planning Assumptions A. Project description; The applicant is proposing to establish an automotive sales lot and utilize the existing buildings on the site. B. Projected residential population, age group and family type; Not applicable, C. Projected commercial and industrial activities, number of employees, hours of operation; All projected commercial activities will comply with applicable City of Okeechobee regulations. D. Proposed density, by building type and use area; The proposed density will comply with applicable City of Okeechobee regulations. E.
