To the City of Okeechobee:
We are currently operating a used car business.
We buy, sell, and finance used vehicles. We
Currently wash only our own vehicles.
Approximately 30 a day in summer and 50 in winter
Weare applying to change this into a
Full service hand wash and wax.
By full service we mean inside and outside.
There will NOT be any MACHINES or BRUSHES
installed to be used to wash these vehicles. It will all
be done by people Gobs) by hand. There is no other
facility operating in town that has this complete
package available to the public.
A client will be able to pull up, get out of their
vehicle and go inside an air conditioned building, get
a soft drink or coffee while they wait.
Their vehicle will receive any amoumt of cleaning
that they desire.
1 Outside wash:
A. Just wash outside

B. Vacum floors and seats
C. wipe dashboards and door panels
D. degrease wheels
E. armoral when requested
F. clean inside glass
G. wipe outside dry with a chamois

A. #2 with Wax on the outside
4 Complete Detail
A. #3 plus complete cleaning/vacuming of the
trunk,wheel wells, door jambs
B. Clean with small brush all comers of
glass.chrome,mouldings, lights etc.
We will install 4-6 custom built canopies to keep the
sunlight out. (See attached sheet)
The drainage ( water and water soluble products)
Have good runoff now
Water & Electric are existing.
We hope to offer these services from $ 6.99
