The property under consideration is a .49acre site, with
primary frontage on the South Parrott Avenue. It covers
one quarter of a city block. The property currently operates
as an automotive sales lot and has for a number of years.
The property's north boundary line abuts SW lOth Street.
Just beyond lOth Street is a computer repair shop and Bruce
Homer Insurance. To the east of the subject property is
Michael's Restaurant and the SunPlaza. To the west is
residential development. Directly south of the subject
property is Lamb of God Ministries and further south is
Captain D's Restaurant.
There should be no adverse impacts to the subject property,
to surrounding property or to the general area by granting
the requested special exception to the new property owner.
