mobile home and modular home sales. The City of Okeechobee has determined an
existing non-conforming land use at this location. Therefore, a special exemption is
needed to bring the existing land use into compliance. The special exemption would
provide for the sale or storage of new and us.ed gQQ~ including building and farm
equipment, materials and mobile homes. (see 90-283-5)
There is no intended development or changes planned for the property. The property wm
continue to be used for the display and sales of mobile homes and will employ eight
