which is located at the Northwest addition, lots 12 and 13,
block 27. The property is under Adron (;. Chambers trustee.
Parcel ID# 3-16-37-35-0160-00270-0120.
I will be renting the building to Mr. Russell Clardy. He
will be using this property for a mechanic repair shop for
motorcycles and seadoo's, as well as retail sales. He may also
use a welder on occasions. All repairs will be inside the
buildings.
The description of the property use, is under a special
exception, outdoor vehicle sales. I am requesting a special
exception to allow Mr. Clardy to operate a mechanical and
repair shop at this location.
