In March 2004 my wife and I purchased Skips Bar-B-
Que. Two weeks after the purchase we received a
letter from the City informing us that we would be
required to upgrade certain things so that we would
be in compliance with the new codes. We have
worked diligently to do everything that has been
ask of us.
We understand that to come into full compliance so
we can receive a City Operating License we must
receive a special exception for our Drive-thru
window. The Drive thru has been in operation for
many years, and we would like to continue to serve
customers in this fashion.
We thank you for your consideration in resolving
this matter.
