There was a heavy construction. rental, equipment repair. sandblasting. painting and welding business already in operation. As time has past my son Philip has primarily been doing septic tank work as well as earthmoving. Now my grandson would like to start his business doing motorcycle services. This property will be his one day and he needs to be able to make a living off the property just as I and his tather have for so many years.
