NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR SPE IAL EXCEPTION ; .
NOTICE is hereby given that th e Bo rd of Adjustments and
Appeals of the City of Okeechobee, Flori a, a municipal corporation,
will consider a request for a special ex eption and to amend accord-
ingly the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance #402, the following de-
scribed real property, si tuate, lying an being within the corporate
limits of the City of Okeechobee, Florid , to-wit:

Lots 9 and 10, Block 105, Cit of Okeechobee, accord-
ing to the plat thereof recor ed in Plat Book 5, Page
5, Public Records of Okeechob e County, Florida, on
the north side of North West th Street between 4th
and 5th Avenue at 406 North W st 4th Street.
Granting of the request for special exce tion wou ld allow per-
mission for professional and business of ice spaces and a child
care center. A public hearing in relati n thereto will be held
at 7:00 P.M. on the 4th day of August, 1 81 , in the City Council
Room, City Hall, Okeechobee, Florida, at which time all parties
in interest and citizens shall have an 0 portunity to be heard.
