Dear Mr. Westbrook:
This request is for a special e ception to build
professional and office space on lots 7, , 9, Block 108,
City of Okeechobee according to the plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 5, Page 5 of the public rec rds of Okeechobee
County, Florida. Attached is a check fo tlOO.OO.
The land is presently vacant an it is planned
to construct 8 building appro~imately 10 .5 feet wide x
70 feet deep as shown on the attached sk tch. The building
will contain approxi~ately 7175 square f et and will have
four occupants. There should not be mor than 12 employees
in the building at anyone time. Parkin space will be
provided in the rear to meet the oity's arking requirements
as shown on the attached sketoh and base on the following:
