NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Adjustment and Appeals of the
City of Okeechobee, Florida, a municipal corporation, wi 1 consider a request
for a special exception and to amend accordingly the Com rehensive Zoning
Ordinance #402, the following described real property, s'tuate, lying and being
within the corporate limits of the City of Okeechobee, F orida, to-wit:
Lots 11, 12, and 13, Less the North 100 fee thereof, of
Block 199, Okeechobee, according to the pla thereof
recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 5, Public Rec rds of Okee-
chobee County, Florida. (927 S.W. Park Street)
Granting of the request for special exception would all warehouses in
commercial zone, also, 10' front set back in lieu of 20' setback. A public
hearing in relation thereto will be held at 7:00 P.M. 0 the 3rd Day of
