Single Family to Coumercial, lot 6, Block 143, City of Okeechobee
REQUEST:
Rezoning needed for existing house to be used as an Ortho-
dontist's office.
DISCUSSION: John Cassels went over the findings and the Board agreed
with him that the requirements were in order. Rev. Kilgore
representing the Church of God reported they were in favor
of the request. No objection voiced.
ACTION TAKEN: Board reviewed the sixteen requirements. 1I.ember Kirk
moved to reconmend the City Council grant the rezoning re-
quest, seconded by member Wright. Chairman Burk and members
Wright, Kirk. and Femeau voted yes. Member Frank Altobello
was absent. Vote carried.
