R&ulerson, President of City Council, Councilmm Brass, Swain and Hunt, with Alto Watford, City Clerk, T. W. Conely, Jr. City AttorneJ' N. O. Stewart, Fire Chief and L. L. Conrad, Ohief of Police in attendance. Mayor Hendry stated that the purpose of the meeting WIlS to discuss the finßnces of tho City, and any other business that may como before the Council. Aftor discussing the financial condition, motion was made by Coul1cilma.n'-' Hunt, seconded by Councilman Swain and c&rried, that ßœrtificlltes of Indebtedness be issued to City Employeos for amounts due them to date. The form of such cortificatee to bc prepared by the City Attorney, and approved by tho finance committee of the Council.
