NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR SPECIAL EXCEPTI N
NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Adj stments and Appeals of
the City of Okeechobee, Florida, a municipal corp ration, will consider
a request for a special exception on the followin described real property
situate, lying and being within the corporation I imits of the City of
Okeechobee, Florida, to-wit:
Lots 5,6 and 7, Block 8, Okeechobee Heig ts
1403 s.w. 10th Dr.
Granting of the request for special exception wou d allow a home occupation
for care of aged persons being a total of no more than six on the said property.
A publ ic hearing in relation thereto will be held at 7:00 o'clock P.M. on the
3rd day of April, 1984, in the City Council Room, City Hall, Okeechobee,
Florida, at which time all parties in interest an citizens shall have an
opportunity to be heard.
