Minutes of the lc.st mooting were read and ~dopted..
Mr. A. W. Brass appeared before the Council relative to W P A project for
4IÞ reps.iring the Womrolls Club. The Council not h~ving any fWlds avail~blc agreed that
work on the COWlty Jail should first bo done.

Councilman Lott rendored a report on condition of Water Department and
stated that a complete survey would bo made for tho purpose of improving conditions
of said departmont.
Upon motion of Cowlcilman Lott, seconded by Councilman Hwû and carried,
all Chtœches within the City will be furnished w~ter, up to five thousand gs.lloDa,
freo of, cost, beginning with February, until further noticc.
The ~ater Superintendent W~S inetructed to purchase twenty-five water
meters imediately.
