Councilman Culbreth made motion that the President of the City Council and
the Oity Clerk be autb.orized to execute an Agreement on behalf of the Oity with the
State Road Department of the State of Florida regulating traffic over Taylor Creek
4IÞ Bridge while new bridge is under construction. Said motion was duly seconded and
carried.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Okeechobee, Florida; sitting as

WHEREAS, William J. Hen~y received the highest number of votes for Mayor,
and H. R. Raulerson, S. K. Swa1n, H. G. Culbreth, O. L. Hunt and E. H. Lott received

the highest nœber of votes for Councilman, and Alto Watford received the highest
number of votes for City Clerk and L. L. Conrad received the highest number of votes
for Chief of Police. 0
»OW, THEREfORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that William J. Hendry be and he is hereby
declared elected Mayor, that H. H. Raulerson, S. M. Swain, H. G. Culbreth, O. L. Hunt
and Ei H. Lott be, and they are, hereby declared elected Councilmen, that Alto Watfo
be, and he is, hereby declared elected City Clerk, that L. L. Conrad be, and he is,
hereby declared elected Chief of Police.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be, and he is, hereby instruct
to issue and deliver certificates of election to each of the above persons.
