Cora Blanton and Mrs. John Hall 1200 gallons of _.r per month' w1thout charge. . Oounoilman Walker asked that his name be removed from the ballot of the coming City Election to be held December 6,1938. Councilman Brass made mo~lon, seconded by Councilman Swain and carried to return Kr~ Walker's qualification fee of fi ve dollars.
