Geraldine Bertram (Zollie Aldridge's daughter) gave testimony that she was still continuing tc clean-up the properties. Member Worley moved to table Case # 01-0000003 for thirty days, seconded b3 Member Nelson. Montesi - Yes Worley - Yes Ballinger - Yes Gamiotea- Yes Nelson - Yes O'Connor - Yes Sweda - Yes Motion Carried Case # 01-0000004 was unable to be served with a notice of hearing for the November 13th meeting. Attorney Colin Cameron spoke on behalf of Julian and Wanda Leggett, he stated he felt there was some confusion as to what exactly the City expected Mr. Leggett to do in order to come into compliance. He said that if the Board would tell them exactly what needs to be done it would be taken care of. Member Worley moved to table Case #01-0000002 for thirty days, seconded by Member Ballinger. Montesi - Yes Worley - Yes Ballinger - Yes Gamiotea - Yes Nelson - Yes O'Connor - Yes Sweda - Yes Motion Carried Chairperson Montesi requested that Chief Tomey put in writing specifically what needs to be done in order for Case #01-0000002 to come into compliance. Chief Tomey gave testimony that Case # 01-0000005 has come into partial compliance and that they seem to be cooperating and Mr. Coburn has had some health problems. Member Worley moved to extend Case #01-0000005 for fourteen days from the receipt of notice. If it is not in compliance after that time a fine of $5.00 per day would comence and continue for the mandatory period of three months, seconded by Member Gamiotea. Montesi - Yes Worley - Yes 317 AGENDA ADJOURNMENT - VICE -CHAIRPERSON WORLEY PLEASE TAKE NOTICE AND BE ADVISED that if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Code Enforcement Board with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, he/she may need to insure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. Member O'Connor moved that Case # 01-0000007 be found in compliance and dismissed, seconded by Member Nelson. Member Worley requested this case be left on the agenda sc that they could have a report each month. Member Worley moved to adjourn, seconded by Member Sweda. Meeting adjourned at 8:10 p.m.
