Code Enforcement Officer Tomey explained that there is a possibility that the City owns a 15 toot alley
way on this property, he requested this case be tabled for thirty days in order to have this verified.

Member Worley moved to table Case# 00-09-17 for thirty days to be sure the situation is completely
resolved, seconded by Member Sweda.

Councilman Lowry Markham requested that the Code Board release the fines on Case# 99-03-01 and
give the new owners sixty days after closing to get the property completely cleaned up.
Member Worley moved to keep the fines as they are, no second. Motion failed. _
Member O'Connor moved to reduce the fine on Case# 99-03-01 to $1,500 with the stipulation that it is
brought into compliance within thirty days after O Cge of ownership, seconded
