Accumlation of abandoned property; Some 4974 Unattended Vegatation. ews Overgrowth/Garbage/Trash/Debris on property Lots 11-14, Block 46, City of Okeechobee 2963 Case # 01-91-2 was brought up at the meeting and after discussion Member Palmore moved this case was in compliance. Seconded by member Harrison O'Connor. Motion carried. #54-90 - Attorney Cook stated Mr Fortner feels the City Police Department could write up Mr. Lee for criminal violations, that being he cut locks on the water meter. Member Clements moved to continue until next meeting. Seconded by member Montesi. Motion carried. #04-91-2 - Member Montesi moved to give this case (7) seven days from March 13, 1991 to either haul the trash off; have it hauled off or burn it. If not in compliance at this time a fine of $50.00 per day be imposed. Seconded by member H. O'Connor. Motion carried. #08-91-3 - Attorney Cook requested the board continue until next month in order for the attorneys to do some research. Member Montesi so moved. Seconded by member Clements. Motion carried. #09-91-3 - Member Montesi moved to be dismiss this case due to no longer owning the property. Seconded by member Ballinger.
